When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically depending on the location you select. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. Should the incorrect location or charge be applied via the basket we will contact you within 24 hours (48 hours Sat/Sun).

Once orders have been despatched, your package is the responsibility of the Courier Provider. We will endeavour to ensure your delivery reaches you in time but on rare occasions delays do occur for which we cannot be held accountable. If you have an urgent requirement we recommend you speak directly to HendyPerformance to discuss delivery options.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels within the UK may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days. Orders taken before 12:30pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5:00pm the same day. We do not deliver over the weekend or over Bank Holidays.
Upon Receipt of Package(s):
Please check the package externally for damage and ensure problems are noted and confirmed by the Courier/Delivery Driver.
If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse delivery. Alternatively check the contents first before signing for the package. If you are unable to check the package contents at the time of delivery then please sign for the parcel as UNCHECKED.
We offer a 14 day cancellation/returns and refund policy from the date of delivery in accordance to the 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations. You will receive the full refund to the value of the order including ecomony delivery costs (no premium shipping service costs will be returned).
The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer must bare the delivery cost of the return of a correctly shipped product/order. If the item has been opened,used and is not in an as new condition we reserve the right to charge a restocking charge.
Special Order items
We reserve the right to make a 15% handling charge on goods returned against orders correctly executed.
Non-stocking items on special are not normally refundable, however will will review each instance on a case by case basis.
