Can I buy online?

The Hendy eShop currently takes payments online. Please just select the products that you need and go through the checkout process to pay for them.

What payment methods do you take online?

The Hendy eShop takes the following payments: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Credit, Switch, Maestro and Solo. We do not take payments on American Express cards.

Do the parts come with a warranty?

Yes - all parts come with a manufacturer's warranty.

What is your returns policy?

- Ford and Honda parts returned for credit must reach us within 7 days of original invoice date

- Kia and Mazda parts returned for credit must reach us within 5 days of original invoice date

- Parts must be returned in original packaging and be in fit condition for re-sale

- No parts will be credited unless accompanied by a fully completed Hendy Parts return note

- Parts which have been specially ordered (V.O.R) by us and have been correctly supplied to your requirements will not be accepted back for credit. In extreme circumstances permission must be sought from us and if accepted for return will be subject to a handling charge

- We will not be able to accept back any electrical units such as relays, modules and switches

- We will not accept back any panel or primed bumper that has been painted. Please ensure that the part is correct before painting

- We will not be able to credit any part with retail of less than £2.00 excluding V.A.T

- All parts returned to us which have been correctly supplied may be subject to a handling charge

- Some hardware is supplied from the factory in minimum unit quantities. If specially ordered parts come in a minimum quantity we will not be able to split the packs.
